We stayed almost a year in Indonesia, expats, based in Jakarta. Unfortunately we had to eat, therefore, we had to work -and couldn't spend all our time traveling. But, still, we took the time to explore the islands and discover heavenly places. Let me think back to these amazing memories...

Sometimes project is so big, so fuzzy and so scary that you simply don't want to contemplate it at all. But you can do something about that, and you can do it right now.
From the Great Barrier Reef to Melbourne, the road is punctuated by all kind of discoveries, from a rich and fascinating wildlife to beautiful cities where you'd just want to settle down and stay forever. It took us two wonderful weeks to explore the coast -if only we had more time, there's still sooo much we haven't seen!-, and much less time to fall in love with Australia.
Nusa Lembongan is the kind of place where you find yourself immersed in adventure and the outdoors. Some would say there's not much to do besides lying on the beach, however we found ourselves pretty busy during our stay -between a swim with massive mantas, cliff jumps, sunrise jog on the beach and Bintangs with the locals. Yunnan is the most southwest region of China, bordering the beautiful countries of Vietnam, Laos and Burma. Within these borders, it has a large ethnic diversity -not to forget it is the door to the Tibetan heritage. It's perhaps the most diverse province of China, both in its extraordinary mix of people and in the majestic beauty of its landscapes. Whatever time you've set aside for Yunnan, it will never be enough...
Early morning in Bangkok, I can't wait to explore the city. I dive into a whole different world, where businessmen queue to get their breakfast in street food stalls, minibuses honk whenever they cross a pedestrian and people deposit offerings on the mini-temples in front of their buildings. My eyes sparkle, amazed by everything that is going on around me...
17 days, 1852kms, 1 hug with a koala, 2 huge spiders into the car, 4 flights, 2 vans, 5 friends, 1 jump from an airplane, 1 35$ fine, 29 suicidal stupid kangaroos, 1 crocodile pie and 1 GPS with no sense of direction. I kept the best for the end - a video of our trip to wrap up this post.
