1. make it happen.
You've been dreaming about it since you were kid, you were supposed to do it last year, then you goldfish died so... Stop the excuses. It can be to achieve your skydiving licence, to write a book or to quit your job to travel the world. That thing you want more than anything, for which you're waiting "the right time" to do. Stop procrastinating. Someday is not a day of the week. Make everything in your power to make it happen. RIGHT. NOW.
2. LEARN SOMETHING.
Stop spreading. Focus in one long-term project and learn something THIS year. Either you want to learn Mandarin or belly dance, it's a rewarding resolution. Week after week, you'll see yourself evolving then, at the end of the year, you'll have accomplished something.
3. every month A FIRST TIME
Name 12 things you've never tried and always wanted to. Some ideas? A cooking class, a karaoke-party, a donkey ride, a meditation course... Anything. Put the list on your fridge. Done? Every month, it's your mission to do one of these things. Challenge... accepted?
